We charge a delivery fee on orders of cards and gift wrap to help cover the costs of sending you your products. This allows more money to go towards providing our quality, holistic care when it is needed most.

We offer standard UK delivery for £3.99 on these orders and FREE standard UK delivery on all orders over £30. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (if ordered before 2pm). Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Please note that we are not able to offer returns and refunds on our charity gifts as these are classed as donations.
